Jens brings more than three decades of international experience from the wind energy industry, with a background spanning executive leadership, operations, engineering, service management, and technical consulting. Having worked across the full wind asset lifecycle, he brings extensive expertise in delivering operational excellence and creating value for wind asset owners and operators worldwide.
This extensive background across service management, engineering, operations, logistics, and consulting makes Jens exceptionally well positioned to lead WindXUCP through its next phase of growth.

As Managing Director, Jens will lead WindXUCP’s mission to deliver world-class operations and maintenance, engineering services, performance optimisation, life extension solutions, and supply chain support to wind farm owners and operators globally. He shares our commitment to maximising asset performance and reliability while supporting the global energy transition through the combination of European and Chinese engineering expertise that defines WindXUCP.
